Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex via Paypal. You may also send personal cheque or postal orders made payable to Cross Swords and sent to 16 Newtown, Cornwood, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9QL. The "cash on delivery" option is available to customers within an approx. 15 mile radius from PL21, where we will deliver ourselves and collect payment on delivery. Contact us with any queries.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping and handling is £3.50 per order for UK deliveries.
Delivery Schedule Please allow 8-10 working days for delivery. If we are aware of any problems with delivery, we will always inform you.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are handled by Paypal. It is not possible for us to view your credit/debit card information
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product to us in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will refund you for the product on it's return, but shipping and handling fees cannot be credited.
